TWC executives Terry Williams, Aaron Brown, and Gene Kirchner, who are top strategic staffing professionals, along with The Tiburon Group, will explore the best strategic sourcing models and leading edge technologies for attracting high-tech talent. According to the U.S. Labor Department, the demand for qualified technology candidates far exceeds the supply. The U.S. Labor Department estimates that 95,000 new technology workers will be needed to fill job openings and replace current workers each year until 2005. How companies in "Silicon Valley East" can attract high-tech talent is the subject of this seminar. Staffing is one of the major barriers to a company's growth. This event was developed to help organizations improve the effectiveness of their recruitment efforts and to successfully compete in the fast-paced technology employment market.
